Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Wendell, NC.
Jenni was awesome from start to finish. When the bank told her that they couldn't do the purchase the way that we offered she had them take it to a VP who approved it. Thanks to Jenni, this allowed me to keep the cash necessary to pay for a handicap ramp and fence.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Garner, NC.
Jenni helped my husband and I find a tenant for our rental property. She was speedy and knowledgeable in her efforts and her hard work hasn't stopped since. She is diligent in providing us with updates regarding tenants/property and quick to respond to any questions we might have.
