Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Wendell, NC.
Jenni was awesome from start to finish. When the bank told her that they couldn't do the purchase the way that we offered she had them take it to a VP who approved it. Thanks to Jenni, this allowed me to keep the cash necessary to pay for a handicap ramp and fence.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Southeast Raleigh, Raleigh, NC.
Jenni is a good agent and I have already recommended her to one of my coworkers. She has a great personalty and is a pleasure to work with. She was always available and willing to go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I am very picky and Jenni was extremely patient. She made the stress of home buying not so bad! She is very knowledgeable and if she does not know the answer to a question you may have, she will find out quickly and get back to you. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good real estate agent.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Garner, NC.
Jenni helped my husband and I find a tenant for our rental property. She was speedy and knowledgeable in her efforts and her hard work hasn't stopped since. She is diligent in providing us with updates regarding tenants/property and quick to respond to any questions we might have. Should we pursue another rental property in the area, we would undoubtedly ask Jenni to manage it. She is kind and gets the job done!
