Bought a home in 2013.
Eugene Kocherga is very down to earth and at the same time very professional. He doesn't waste your time and he is/was always available to help me. I would called him to research something or show me a house or even look up whatever information I requested from him. Eugene would always follow up. And even now that I have moved into my beautiful home that Eugene played a huge role in helping me get. I can call Eugene for help and he has always come through for me. I want to personally thank Eugene for his excellent service and he is just a very nice man. Easy to work with and he has exceeded my expectations!

Bought a home in 2011.
My husband and I were very pleased with Eugene's knowledge and expertise during the purchase and escrow process. It can be quite a stressful time, and Eugene remained supportive and confident which helped me remain focused and less stressed as we closed on our house. We are very happy with our home purchase and are grateful that we were working with Eugene!

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $850K in Coronado, CA.
We had a property that had been on the market for a year, and the prospect of selling it was not promising. Based on the recommendation of a dear friend and associate of ours, we contacted Eugene Kocherga at Willis Allen. He made specific recommendations to us on what needed to take place in order to make a sale possible. We followed his recommendations, and he was able to find a qualified buyer and complete the sale. Our family is very pleased with the outcome.

Bought a home in 2011.
I found Eugene Kocherga on Zillow while purusing the site for my first home purchase. I was contacted by a few different agents but decided to go with Eugene because I could tell he had extensive knowledge of the San Diego area and was not a pushy salesman. I had limited experience and was working on a budget. After looking at a few different listings, we decided on a property that was just what we were lookin for. It was a newly remodeled spainish style single family home in Point Loma. Originally listed at $500k we negotiated down to $430k. The only speed bump we hit was a zoning issue. The reason I now have the property of my dreams is because Eugene pulled together all of his resources and worked to understand the legalities of a commercial property that permitted residential use. He got us in touch with the San Diego city planner and after obtaining the legal documentation necessary, we purchased our property at a steal of a price.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Imperial Beach, CA.
Eugene found me an awesome deal in Imperial Beach. Not only did he totally understand the area and find me the perfect place for the best deal; he stuck up for me when the selling agent tried to pull some shenanigans on me and bring another buyer after the fact. Having Eugene on my side was awesome, he basically kicked the selling agent back into line and got me through the complicated short sale process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $1.2M in Coronado, CA.
Eugene was my real estate agent and he was excellent. I am now living in my dream home in Coronado because Eugene took the time with me to find the perfect house. He didn't rush me or try to convince me to buy something I wasn't crazy about. One of the things I really like about him is that he ALWAYS answers his cell phone. For two years Eugene and I went house-hunting and he knew what I wanted, the problem was my budget, so he was patient with me to wait and find that perfect home with the perfect price. We found a home but it was 1.9 not in my budget, we waited, and waited, it went down to 1.5, still not my budget, we waited some more, finally it was priced at ...1.395...we made an offer, they didn't accept...then they came back months later and said, "We'll take it"---we said, "No take this amount." and they accepted..to make a long story short, we got an excellent deal in Paradise. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Otay Mesa West, San Diego, CA.
I have to say we were lucky enough to find Eugene when we first got to San Diego, he was more like a friend to us helping us find a new home, we felt very comfortable with him from the start and we could not be happier with his proffessional service! He goes above and beyond, he works full time as a Real state agent and that made our process of buying a home a lot easier and faster, we could always count on him, we were always his priority, he was always very flexible and extremely patient. He has so much knowledge about the San Diego area and Real State and he looked for our best interest as home buyers at all times! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!! if you are looking for an agent he is the best choice!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Palm City, San Diego, CA.
Eugene did an amazing job for us when we were buying a house in 2010. It was a particularly difficult escrow due to a strange seller, but Eugene stuck with us through the long process and handled everything with superb intelligence and professionalism. In addition, he was always very warm and friendly and genuinely interested in us a people. If I were to buy or sell again in this area I would definitely call on Eugene.
