Jennifer has worked in the real estate field for the past ten years. She first learned the business from the inside-out as a manager for a nationwide appraisal management company located right here in Phoenixville. There she gained invaluable experience which has helped her with correctly pricing listings as well as learning the entire mortgage processing aspect of purchasing a home.
Jennifer is a life-long resident of Chester County and have called Phoenixville home since 2003. She is actively involved in her community as a member of The Phoenixville Borough Council. She also serves as the Borough Council representative to the Phoenixville Planning Commission and formally served as the Planning Commission representative to the The Historical Architectural Review Board. She is the Chair of the Economic Development Committee and a member of the Policy committee, the Police, Personnel & Public Policy committee and the Parking Steering Committee. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the PA Association of Realtors and Suburban West Realtor's Association. Jennifer also recently served as an auxiliary member of the Chester County Tax Assessment Appeal Board.
Jennifer is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Designated Realtor and has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and our local marketplace.
