Since I am a first time buyer, I had many questions and concerns, and Jen was being very patient explaining the whole procedures to me. Throughout the whole home search, we encountered difficult and unreasonable seller, some unexpected obstacles with lender, numerous paperwork, and yet, Jen was able to take care of all that for me.
