Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $850K in Cary, NC.
This was our first experience working with Jennifer Harris but will certainly not be our last. Her expertise, professionalism, responsiveness and thoroughness were all qualities demonstrated in marketing and selling of our home. Jennifer is clearly aware of the changing facets of real estate and is well versed in what it takes to market, negotiate and sell homes. The sale of our home was handled extremely well because of the efforts of our realtor, Jennifer Harris. I highly recommend her services for buying or selling a home.
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in North Raleigh, Raleigh, NC 27614
This entire process in working with Jennifer Harris was truly unprofessional and did not meet my nor my spouse's expectations in regards to customer service. Throughout the process, we only had the opportunity to speak with her once and that was only for her to confirm our email addresses. We attempted to contact her multiple times on various days, in which voice messages were left and yet again received no response. We even tried contacting her via her cohort at Remax, whom was a pleasure to work with, since the day she showed us the unit in Jennifer's absence. In addition to that, when we finally got in contact with her in regards to a status update, she stated that she only received one of our paystubs, which we both knew was not true, considering she confirmed receipt of the documentation via email after we sent it to her. With all that we experienced with her, we became uncomfortable in continuing to handle business with her. I truly hope that this experience was not a reflection of Remax as a company, if so it's very disappointing and I recommend anyone looking to do business with her to choose wisely.

We wanted to thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel that way about the rental process. But this rental property you inquired on in North Raleigh received about 47 inquiries within a 2 week process and it was tough to get back to each person. Our showing agent for rentals was given your information right away and is who helped out. Once we received your rental application that Saturday (because they are closed on the weekends) they started the process which was security checks, background checks and reaching out to the owners for approval. Based on the reports received back the owner wanted more information and security which is why the additional information was requested. We hate this was the experience that you felt but rentals do take at least 5 to 7 business days for processing as we have no control on when the third party companies will get us the reports back. We do wish you all the best and our showing agent is still available to assist if you would like.

I'm an investor and Jennifer helped me locate some great properties. She has excellent knowledge of the area and has access to great professionals (from home inspectors to contractors to title attorneys) that will make your transaction smooth. I highly recommend Jennifer.
At this time I am processing retirement possibilities to Raleigh ,NC. So far Jennifer has been very helpful. This included various listings and potential areas within Raleigh,NC. Additional knowledge of the area and any potential opportunities that are available so far. Until my final decision is made I intend to keep Jennifer as my primary point of contact and resource agent if I move and retire to Raleigh.
Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Durham, NC.
Jennifer has been my personal realtor for about five years now. I found her online in 2010, when looking for a realtor and she has been amazing. Jennifer helped me become a first time home buyer, sold my town house and is now(2014) working with me on my current house purchase. She makes sure to keep in touch throughout the whole building process. It is great to know that I have such a reliable realtor/friend. Just know that she will do everything in her power to get you exactly what you’re looking for; even if that means negotiating on your behalf. Thanks for everything Jennifer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jennifer handled the sale of my property. It was a...particularly difficult sale with a lot of marks against it. In fact, I had gone to other agents who would not touch it. Basically, I had a property that was in a market full of foreclosures, I was upside-down as the market lingo goes. Jennifer said she could sell it. And she did. It took a year, with like I said, many challenges, but she stuck in there, getting me the information I needed to make informed choices, and pushing things along when they stalled. Jennifer is not just an agent, she becomes your advocate. I highly recommend her.

Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me with my home search. I have had experience with other realtors and Jennifer was by far the best. She also helped me in find a great lender and with both their help they were able to do things that my previous realtor wasn't. Will definitely recommended her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks again Jennifer!!!!!!
I would not recommend this agent she was a nightmare to deal with I looked for the house my self and when asking her any questions in regards to HOA fee's to the property she told me there wasn't any. To my surprise after purchasing the property there where, this is something that she as a professional should have uncover since this is a material fact that would play a part on my decision. She went on vacation while the property was under contract and didn't even bother to give me a heads up or reply to any of my voicemail, text messages and e-mail until she was back. I expected more professionalism specially this was the first time in dealing with this agent. Word to the wise don't deal with this agent she also added her own closing attorney that she deals with on a consistent basis with out consulting with me first.

Everything went the way it was supposed to when selling a home. We met one time prior to putting our house on the market and everything else my wife and I were able to do via email. It was a no stress experience as Jennifer took care of it all.
