Jennifer has been a great help with our short sale currently in process and also helping us find a new home. She has been easy to get a hold of and always goes that extra step to make sure everything is done efficiently and in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend her as an agent.
Listed, but didn't sell my Multi Family home in 2011 in Colonial Manor, Sacramento, CA.
I have side by side experience with Jennifer as agents in the same company for about 4 years. We have also worked on some real estate projects in and outside of that company.
She is someone I can rely on for a last second project that needs immediate attention. I currently have a foreclosure situation that only had a few days to the sale date. I had all listing, loan and purchase paperwork within the day.
Creative and willing to go the extra mile for what is right.
Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Rancho Cordova, CA.
I met Jennifer through her boyfriend . I happened to be assisting him with a business matter and over conversation and small talk explained that my husband and I were upside down on our home and in the rears with payments also explained we were in default on a loan and just received a notice of sale date and we needed some advice .He with no hesitation referred me to Jennifer. The next day she called me .I work late some days and was concerned that she would not be able to get to speak with me until the next day. I was wrong Jennifer called me that very night . I was assuming 9:00pm was too late but she took her time to answer our questions thoroughly and in detailed and order.
The jargon of the real estate and loan industry started to make sense to us. My husband and I were so enthused and finally understood the position we had placed ourselves in by accepting these pipe dream modifications that were guised as help .When in reality all they were doing was prolonging a bad situation . We dumped over $185k dollars into the home we thought was ours. The more she spoke ;the more the clouds parted and the fog cleared. We finally understood what our position was and what are options truly were . When we finished speaking with her , she allowed us a couple of days to think about what we wanted to move forward with . We decided to short sale . She was able to assist us with postponing our sale date ( which at that time was a week away) and placed us in a short sale with the HAFA program. The transition was so smooth and relaxing , we decided to let go of our home and rent until we could get a better handle on our downward spiral credit score and debt that was neglected because we were trying to stay in a home we could no longer afford. Jennifer not only postponed our sale date but she assisted us with countless hours of advice. Jennifer basically held our hands through our decision to let our home go. Her knowledge of real estate laws put us at ease .Had it not been for the encounter with her boyfriend . I think my husband and I would have made a lot of bad decision simply because we were uneducated and misinformed.
Thank you Jennifer for taking the time to care for us. We truly appreciate you and hope nothing but blessing and goodness come your way.
