Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Silver Spring, MD.
Jenn is a savvy go-getter and strategic negotiator, with professional and personal integrity, and a sparkling personality. She and her team are very responsive and make the process of buying a home for the first time both exciting and understandable. She clearly explained at each step in the process what the options were, the pros / cons, and worked so diligently to see things through from start to finish, day and night. She is simply stellar!

Showed home in 2013.
I contacted Jennifer about a property I saw on Zillow and subsequently used her to several viewings. She is extremely responsive, and very quickly learned what my preferences were. I am an overseas buyer, and my transaction has been held up due to getting my kids into schools, however throughout Jennifer has been fantastic, keeping me updated, and even investigating property that is not currently on the market, but possibly might be coming up.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $825K in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC.
I had a really complicated situation with my home sale and Jenn and her support staff were all there to help. I had to walk away from a home purchase at the last second and had no where to go. She tried to help me find a temporary place to stay, reroute deliveries, etc. She also helped me find a new home immediately (we literally began looking within minutes) and then managed to get my new financing and closing through in 8 days. I am happy that I had them on my side during a very difficult time.

I reached out to Jenn based on her reviews and could not have been more pleased with her, Marc Ross and the rest of their team. They made the process of buying my Glover Park home as stress-free as I could have imagined. I was particularly impressed by how quickly Jenn and Marc understood my tastes and personality, to the point where looking at properties with them felt like getting the advice of an old friend. They were also quick to point out when they thought the value of a house did not match the price tag, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Sold a home in 2012.
A friend recommended Jenn to help us sell our home, and we quickly saw why. She gave us a few tips to make our home show its best, and it was swiftly put on the market and then under contract within four days. Jenn and her team responded to our inquiries and concerns with our selling process promptly, and Jenn worked with the buyer's realtor to negotiate on our behalf. I would highly recommend Jenn for home sales in the DC area!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $550K in Alexandria, VA.
We were put in touch with Jenn through Zillow after requesting to see a house in which we were lightly interested. Jenn showed us the house (which we did not pursue) and we kept in touch with Jenn as we continued a casual search for a new home. Later, when our search intensified, Jenn matched our efforts and we could not have been more happy with the results. She was always responsive to our communications and never pushy when we needed to think things over or decided we weren't ready. When we finally found the house we wanted, she was tireless in supporting our needs from questioning and collecting information to offering, negotiating, and ultimately, closing. Jenn has a perpetual positive attitude and enthusiasm, and we greatly appreciated her candor as well as her efforts to accommodate all that we asked. We always felt Jenn was representing US, and not just finding the quickest way to close a deal. We are extremely happy with our new home, and six months after closing we have not only kept in touch with Jenn, but happily recommend her to anyone we meet seeking to buy a home in the DC area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $700K in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC.
We worked with Jenn to buy a home in the Eastern Market area of Capitol Hill. We met with a couple of agents before meeting with Jenn and immediately felt like she was a great match for us because of her energy and enthusiasm. Jenn goes many steps further than setting up a house search and sending you results. She gives a lot of thought to homes that might be a good match and was readily available for house showings, meetings, etc. Beyond identifying a great home, Jenn is a real advocate throughout the buying process (I assume the same applies in the selling process). She knows the process well and the appropriate times to apply pressure on the other side to make a deal happen. She also has helpful ideas about remodeling, etc as you think through a house purchase.
Jenn is really a terrific person to work with and we recommend her without reservation. She makes the home-buying process enjoyable and fun.

Did not respond to my inquiry in Brookland, Washington, DC 20018.
I contacted Jennifer Smira on two separate occasions to request information on selling my condo. I told her I thought that I my condo might not be worth what I paid but I was still interested in selling; she stated that she would check it out and get back to me. Never happened. I would have appreciated her feedback and honesty. I got nothing; not even a call back.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Old Town, Alexandria, VA.
I recently moved to Old Town in Alexandria, VA thanks to Jenn. I was promoted through work and had an opportunity to move to the DC area. When I first contacted Jenn through Zillow I had an idea of what I wanted and where I wanted to be but Through Jenn's knowledge of the local areas we were able to find the perfect place for me. I had an odd schedule and Jenn was able to work with me late nights and early mornings on the weekend, it wasn't easy but Jenn was always willing to rearrange her schedule to accommodate me. After seeing over 65 properties in all different areas in DC, Arlington, and Alexandria I knew Old Town would fit me the best for work and my personal life. Jenn saw my deal all the way through and did such a great job in negotiating that I actually received over 3000 at closing due to the seller paying closing costs. She took the time to get to know me and what I like and don't like in a house and in general and was therefore able to find me the perfect place. She had a lot of patience and and great suggestions in the search and I truly owe this great place I am writing this letter from to her. I strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell and know she will do the same great job for them as well.
