Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375k in Lovettsville, VA.Summary:
The home was bought by me for 715,000 dollars in October of 2006. It was sold for 360,000 dollars.
This was a nightmare of major proportions. It threatened my marriage and my mental health. Jen Young's team made it possible for me to avoid foreclosure and finally get out from under this horrible back-breaking buy.
I wish the new owner nothing but the best. It is a beautiful home. I thought I was building the home for me, but it turns out I was building the home for her.
I have no one to blame for this mess but myself. I have no one to thank but Jennifer's team for my new lease on life.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $300k in Centreville, VA.Summary:
I told my wife before the buying process started that I wanted to work with someone who was going to understand that this was a heavily emotional and very important decision for us. I dreamed of someone who understood this and would be accepting of my neurotic doubtful ways and my wife's dreamy attitude. What I got was Lauren Heisey who was the personification of dream-come-true.
When we first met, I had a list of questions to ask. By the end of us simply chatting like lifelong friends for an hour, I hadn't even looked at my list of questions as she could already sense our concerns and had addressed them from the start.
Throughout the process Lauren made great recommendations and never limited our dreams. She showed us the good, the bad, and the realistic and was always very open about the reality of every situation. Our questions were never made to appear ridiculous and her information always left us highly satisfied.
I never felt like she was ignoring us or focused on being somewhere else while we were touring prospective homes, but somehow she was always able to respond to our emails within hours and often within minutes! I felt like she was always giving her other clients the same great service that we were receiving. She's a superhero.
We met with her at the end of September and we closed on our first home in the beginning of November! In 45 days we went from a trembling clueless couple of lost kids with a wad of cash, to confident and knowledgeable, stress free, celebrating homeowners!
We just moved into our new home and we have no question as to who we are going to when it is time to upgrade! The entire Jennifer Young Team is fantastic and is on top of their game. In a time where good people seem to be very hard to find, I feel we have found the perfect enjoyable relief for all who are entering a stressful situation in buying or selling a home.
