Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Lebanon, OR.

Jennifer helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home. As first-time home buyers, we had loads of questions for her at all times. She was always quick to respond with useful information, and she never seemed to get annoyed with us despite the constant pestering.

Jennifer also showed us many, many houses. We were constantly researching and adding our own houses to the houses she had picked for us. Again, no problems, no annoyance- she would graciously get all the information lined up and schedule viewings for us. She was also excellent in indicating when she thought a house had a problem, and did so in a way that did not reflect badly on the sellers or on my wife and I's thoughts or hopes about a particular house.

Jennifer was also incredibly helpful when we placed an offer on the house, providing recommendations for lenders, insurance, escrow, and so on. In fact, she was helpful past us purchasing the house; she was able to steer me towards utility companies, vendors, and even provided tips about where to eat and shop in our new town.

Jennifer Anderson is an excellent agent, whom I would recommend without question. She is professional, personable, and very effective and knowledgeable. She made things as easy as possible for us first-time buyers, and if we need a real estate agent again for any reason, we will be using her.

Sold a home in 2014 in North Albany, Albany, OR 97321.

Jennifer helped us through a long, painful short sale process. If not for her expertise and persistence in working with the bank, we'd probably still be going through the process! Our situation was made more difficult as we are living abroad, but Jennifer navigated the 16 hour time difference masterfully and conducted the majority of the sale via e-mail and electronic documents. She provided regular updates of where we were in the process, even when the bank wasn't doing anything!

Her knowledge of the local market really helped us get the best possible price for our home in a tough market. We appreciated all her help, her calm demeanor and her fun attitude. I highly recommend Jennifer for your Mid-Valley home purchase or sale.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Albany, OR.

When we toured a number of homes in two different cities, Jennifer was extremely patient with us and provided insight into how different homes were built. We bought an older home and she insured we had a great, thorough inspection with any issues being addressed by the seller before we took possession. Jennifer was very quick to answer all of our questions, and is very knowledgable about the entire process. We would highly recommend her.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Albany, OR.

Jennifer never used any pressure tactics to get the listing and she remained customer-focused during the evaluation process. What is normally a difficult task of choosing an agent/broker quickly became self-evident.

Jennifer handled the sale of our family home after our Father moved to an independent living facility. She handled the normal real estate processes and paperwork excellently, as one would expect of any experienced professional.

What places her above the standard, competent real estate professional was her ability to masterfully deal with all the unusual twists and turns in this transaction. Both siblings were living outside of the listing town, one in Oregon and the other in Southern California. So, communication was vital and complex. Jennifer was always available and she found ways to communicate clearly and timely to all parties.

She showed sensitivity and understanding to our Father who, in his 90s, was needed to help with the transaction. She respected and supported his ability to be an important part of the process.

Jennifer provided the guidance and resources for all of the ancillary issues inherent in this type of sale. From the disposition of the household goods and arranging painting and repairs, to addressing the attempted theft of utilities by outside parties, she rose to each situation with solutions and results.

We have been involved in real estate transactions from selling a commercial property (resort) and summer cabin in California, to buying various residences in both Oregon and California. No one lived up to the term “full-service” like Jennifer. She personified the term, then exceeded what one would reasonably expect. She has a passion for her work and it showed throughout the entire process.

Thank you, Jennifer for making a difficult life-task almost enjoyable.

Bought a home in 2014 in Draperville, Albany, OR 97322.

We were moving from Virginia to the Corvallis/Albany area for my husbands job. After our first visit with a recommended realtor did not go as well as we had hoped ewe were left with no home. We were giving up on the idea of buying a house. We would have to make a visit across the country in order to see more houses and this was just not an option financially. We decided to get a new realtor and hoped we would have better luck house hunting, I found Jennifer, with glowing reviews from both buyers and sellers. From the first contact Jennifer was great to work with. Very optimistic about helping us find what we were looking for. She listened to what we wanted, she broke down the different criteria and sent the houses according to those lists. When pictures were needed she got them to us promptly and answered any questions we had. If there was a question she could not answer she did some research and got the answer. I don't think we could have asked for a better person to help us find the right home. She did her job and did it very well. We had never seen the home we purchased in person, but she made the transition seamless. And when we walked into the home for the first time she had even taken the time to put together a card and nice welcome basket full of goodies! It was great to work with someone that doesn't make you feel like you are just part of the income, but an actual person/family.

Jennifer was the best realtor for my husband and I. I have needs that required extra help for me to look at homes. She arranged the viewing of homes for sale and took care of all my needs during each excursion. She was very helpful in finalizing all the paperwork and knew what needed to be done. We had to go back and forth on the offers and she made it seamless. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a good deal and a realtor that will take care of your needs. Thank you Jennifer!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Lebanon, OR.

Our experience with Jennifer was fantastic! We spent 5-6 days with Jennifer and she drove 500 plus miles. She was very knowledgeable about all the areas we went to. Aside from that we spent endless hours on the website and she was always very responsive. We would highly recommend Jennifer to everyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Albany, OR.

When we needed to sell a house in Albany, I asked our daughter Diane to help us choose a Realtor. Diane is a top producing agent in Portland area. She did her research, interviewed a few agents and Jennifer Anderson was at the top of her list.

Diane felt she and Jennifer were alike in style.

Jennifer gave us great tips about preparing the house for sale and gave no pressure to list before we were ready. She kept us updated on market conditions and the best time to sell.

When we were ready, she made a visit to take pictures and put up the sign. In the back yard were a few tall weeds that were missed by the workers and a pile of cement blocks that were not attractive. When I saw Jennifer out in the back yard in her dress clothes and high heels pulling weeds and moving cement blocks in the mud, I knew that we had found a winner. She is not afraid to pitch in and help if necessary.

Jennifer sold the property for a good price, more than we initially hoped for. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. She is honest, ethical and reliable. She does what she says she will do and she is available when you need her. If she is busy with a customer, she still responds and gets back to you when available. You can't go wrong with Jennifer Anderson.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Lebanon, OR.

We were very happy to work with Jennifer Anderson. She was always willing to take the time and show us houses whenever was convenient for us (and we looked at a lot of them!). She was also understanding and cooperative of the unique set of search criteria that we had when looking for our home. We ended up eventually finding a place that met all of our criteria, and more. Once we found it and our offer was accepted, it was a short sale that took 7 more months to complete. Being a short sale didn't slow Jennifer down one bit. She was very comfortable and knowledgeable with the process, and she was very patient with us as buyers not familiar with short sales. Jennifer is very easy to get along with and she did a great job putting up with me (who am not always easy to get along with). Our family is now settling in and happily enjoying our new home. If someone is in need of a good agent, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jennifer.

Bought a home in 2014 in North Albany, Albany, OR 97321.

We moved from 3 hours away, not knowing anyone and very little about the area. Jennifer was informative, knowledgeable, personable and very professional. She was great to work with, and work she does! She LISTENS to what you want and shows you relevant properties. She is generous with her time and expertise and if she doesn't know the answers, she goes and gets them. Even after the closing we had an issue and Jennifer was there for us. Having worked with agents in the past, I can tell you she is a cut above. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
