(10/2009) Working with Jennifer was an absolute pleasure. Jennifer came highly recommend by a family member who used her to negotiate their short sale. Finding ourselves in the same situation we reached out to Jennifer to negotiate ours. Negotiating our short sale was no easy task. She is a trooper because she took on the daunting task of negotiating our short sale. With the hours of research we did on short sales, loan modifications, and foreclosures, we thought this would be an impossible task to accomplish. Jennifer told us that she is always up for a challenge!

Jennifer accepted the challenge and walked us through the short sale process. She communicates clearly and kept us in the loop with updates from the lenders. It seemed nearly impossible to get the lenders on the same time line to get our short sale closed. Jennifer and her team were diligent and did a great job working with the lenders to get our house sold!

We could not be happier with the outcome and the hard work that Jennifer and her team put into selling our home. They patiently negotiated with stubborn lenders to get the job done. We feel wholeheartedly indebted to Jennifer and her team.

When we are ready to get back into the housing market, Jennifer will be our first telephone call. Having bought and sold several homes and dealing with several Realtors, Jennifer possesses the qualities we look for. We are very thankful that we were able to find a Realtor that we could trust and we look forward to working with Jennifer and her team in the future.

(05/2011) We did it again! We used Jennifer to purchase a fixer-upper. Jennifer was great! Jennifer's knowledge and experience really came out during our purchase of a Trustee Sale home.
