Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Grand Blanc, MI.
I contacted Jennifer through zillow.com to see if she could help with a condo short sale in Grand Blanc. She responded immediately and provided outstanding assistance with the listing from start to finish. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Linden, MI.
We were very happy to use Jennifer Tremaine in selling our home. Jennifer sold our house in less than a month and she made the process go very smoothly for us. She was always available to answer any questions and really knows the market. I would definitely recommend her.

Bought a home in 2012.
I was drawn to Jennifer by her web site, which initially allowed me to look at all of her listings without having to "sign-up" for access. When my wife and I were ready to start, Jennifer put me at ease right away, assuring me that we would find the right house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the specific area that we were interested in, and very responsive to our needs. She took us to see a lot of homes, and gave us her honest opinion, and never said what we wanted to hear, for the sake of making a sale. Jennifer took a lot of her time to walk us through the process, and was available at all hours even weekends to respond to our questions. Quickly, Jennifer felt like family to us. She connected well with my wife and I, as well as to our two daughters. The girls looked forward to seeing Jennifer at the houses. Jennifer would always tell us that when you walk in a house, you’ll know when it’s the “one”. Given our price range and list of specifics, I really didn’t think that it would ever happen, but it did. We found the perfect home, with Jennifer’s patience and understanding. During the contract process, Jennifer was a great negotiator and a “bull-dog”, never backing down. She even was able to get us a John Deere tractor. The whole transaction was very smooth. In our opinion, Jennifer is a true professional and expert in her field. She has provided us with invaluable information and insight, which made the entire process less painful. Even more importantly, we would call Jennifer our friend. My wife and I would highly recommend Jennifer for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

What can I say about Jennifer? Words can not explain how I feel about her because she is truly awesome. She is honest, a hard working, a fighter and she was there for us every step of the way. I will truly miss her.

We feel so fortunate to have had Jennifer Tremaine as our buying agent. Her honesty and positive, friendly attitude was so refreshing! Jennifer proved to be very knowledgable and professional and we felt her genuine, dedicated interest in helping us find our new home. She was very prompt and thorough in answering all of our questions. Jennifer saw to it that every detail was in place and we could not have asked for a smoother purchase and closing. I checked the web for well reviewed realtors to handle my dad's trust. Jennifer has met all of my expectations. In this depressed real estate market, my dad's home sold very quickly. I look forward to working with Jennifer as we move the remaining properties.

Jennifer sold my home in Holly, sold me my home in Burton, then 3 years later sold my Burton home for me and made a profit in this repressed market, I only wish she could have been my agent on the home Im purchasing in Florida, She was wonderful to work with!

Jennifer went above and beyond what a normal person would do to complete our recent transaction. I have already referred her to several of my clients who want to sell their homes. She is a wonderful person who really cares about the person not the dollar. If there was a Real Estate Hall of Fame I would recommend Jennifer for top billing. She is one of a kind and a true gem, everyone should be so lucky to have her for their sales rep.
