Bought a home in 2012.
My fiance and I were first-time homebuyers. Jennifer Yox was extremely patient and walked us through the home-buying process step-by-step. She was an excellent communicator -- very good about returning calls and emails, and answering questions. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, there were several bids on the home -- and Jennifer helped us seal the deal. Thank you, Jenn!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Baltimore, MD.
Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. Our goal was to have our home sold by the end of 2012. We listed our home in the beginning of October and it was under contract in 40 days. We closed on December 21.
One of the repairs we agreed to make was a repair to the homes chimney. Weather delayed the repair and threatened to delay settlement. Jennifer was instrumental in making sure we closed on time. She worked with the buyer's agent, lender, and the chimney repair contractor and we were able to close as scheduled and prior to the chimney repair being completed.
Jennifer uses all of the technology available to her. I kept in touch with her via the phone, text messaging, and e-mail. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Baltimore, MD.
I contacted Mrs. Yox last October/November 2011 to inquire about my options in selling my home due to several financial difficulties I currently had. She took her time to explain my options and answered any questions I had. We agreed that a Short Sale was my best option and most beneficial to me in the long run. My house was listed in Nov. 2011. The bank I was currently financed with had dropped the ball numerous times and let my house fall through the cracks. I faced foreclosure a couple times because the bank did not communicate with Mrs. Yox like they were supposed to. When I found out these issues, I immediately contacted Mrs. Yox and explained the issues. She contacted the bank and had the issues worked out very quickly and made sure I was aware what the next step was. In my opinion, Mrs. Yox is an outstanding employee and looks out for the best interest of her clients and I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Aberdeen, MD.
I needed to purhase a house in a very short time frame. I have never dealt with a real estate agent before this transacction. I did not know who to call or whom to trust. I chose 5 realtors to call and Jennifer Yox impressed me the most by far. Her experience, knowledge and dedication to her clients was obvious from the moment we met. She was always determined to look out for my best interest and negoiate the best deal for me. Jennifer took all the headache and hastle off of my shoulders. Bought a home in 2012.
As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Jennifer took much of my anxiety away and helped me develop confidence in my home buying experience. All of my questions were answered, Her advice on what to research and consider when purchasing a home was very professional and thorough.
