Bought a home in 2013.
What should I say, she is the best period!!!!
Few things I would certainly like to mention:
1. She is always on time, very punctual, she understand the value of your time.
2. Good Knowledge, I asked her few complicated price index curves and she provided me perfect information including Michael Orr reports.
3. Always prompt with email replies and phone calls.
4. Good understanding of local market, projections etc even for interior pockets.
5. Appraisal came exactly what she predicted.
6. Negotiated various items to be paid by the seller e.g. warranty, HOA transfer etc
7. A very pleasing and smart personality, yes it matters to lift up the mood of your customers.
8. Even after closing, her responses were equally prompt formy query be it utility information or communicating with previous owners for some information.
9. Best recommendations, be it lender or home inspector.
9. Last but not least after we moved we got a surprise congratulation card with cookies
and a priceless photo of us with new home.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $350K in South Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.
I found Jenifer when I did a search for a real estate agent who had a good sales history for 2012. I called her and then arranged a meeting at the home I wanted to sell. From the first meeting to sale Jen was able to provide me with realistic expectations so I could price my home for a quick sale. My goal was to sell in 60 days and Jen was willing to take me on as a client with a short contract time and a urgent need to sell quickly. She guided me to prepare the home for sale and where to put my money that would result in best improvements and provide the most bang for my dollar. This strategy helped me to limit my time and expenses to prepare for the sale. Through marketing and open homes the home sold in 45 days. Her negotiating skills and expertise provided me with the sale and return on my investment that I desired.
