Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in West Side, Saint Paul, MN.
Jenny was awesome! Always on the ball and lightning quick to respond. Her hard work and dedication is what helped us secure a great deal on our St Paul home in what was a sellers market. We took her advice and recommendations and she even located a loan officer that dealt with Homepath Renovations for us. We can't thank her enough and we will certainly use Jenny for all our future realty needs!

Bought a home in 2012.
I had a great overall experience with Jenny. Jenny covers a wide area of the MSP metro and has a great understanding of the market and properties available. She did a great job in balancing our requirements with what was available. While looking at houses I especially liked her honesty (we had experience with other realtors that just didn’t see problems...like the ceiling falling in or mold growing up the walls...are you kidding me). Straight answers are refreshing, with our budget we knew we need to do a certain amount of updating so really understanding what we were looking at was great. In the end Jenny helped find us a great home in the location we wanted. I will definitely use her in the future and would have no problem recommending her to others.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Lakeville, MN.
The experience was amazing. We didn't have to worry about Jenny being fake when we walked into a house. We had dealt with another person, and she was so positive about everything, even if the house was trashed, overpriced and not what we were looking for. Jenny made everything seem comfortable. She understood we weren't going to like every house we walked into, and was able to point out the features the houses didn't have that we wanted. She also was VERY patient with our first home buying experience. We looked at a lot of houses. When we finally found one, she was fine with going back again and again and again just to make sure we were comfortable with this purchase. I never once felt pressured. I would recommend her to everyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $225K in Burnsville, MN.
Jenny, was very professional, and understood exactly what I was looking for. On multiple occasions she showed me homes that she found that I really loved. She was also very patient with me (I was a first time home buyer). I always recommend Jenny when I have a chance.
