We met a few months ago when I called their number from a house for sale in my neighborhood.

If you are looking for a realtor that is willing to work hard, then go to Michael and Jenny. Before we found them, we had been looking for an investment property for several months and had made some offers that did not come through. There was a great deal in San Francisco that my boyfriend and I really wanted, so we can to Jenny and Michael for help after receiving one of their flyers. I believe that their expertise in the buying process was the main reason that we were successful in completing the transaction. Even though we were not purchasing a million dollar home, they treated us like we were million dollar customers. Jenny always responded quickly to phone calls or emails. Both were very proactive during the purchase process and kept in contact with the banks so that we could close quickly.

I worked with several real estate agents and Michael and Jenny were by far the most qualified. Searching for properties on Craigslist seems like a complete waste of time in retrospect because once I began working with them, the process because less time-intensive for me and much more effective. One of the best aspects of my experience working with Michael is that he was able to show me properties that I liked in many different neighborhoods. His knowledge and connections definitely extend beyond any single particular neighborhood. Another would be the great programs they offer and specialize in because to be honest, I was not the most qualified buyer. I had been renting and the rent was just getting too high, but I did not have a large amount of savings or excellent credit. However, they worked with me to make my offer look presentable and Jenny secured a solid, creative loan for me. Earlier this year Michael and Jenny sold my house in South San Francisco. My house was a fixer-upper and I was planning on selling it as is. They suggested some improvements and repairs and sought out vendors who would do the work and wait to get paid from escrow. Since I had been unemployed for 2 years, I had no way to pay for these. Their efforts made it possible and I EASILY came away with an extra 7-10% over what I would have had to settle for otherwise, even after paying for the work. Thanks to their One-Stop full service.
On top of that, I had to move out of the Bay Area due to an illness when the house was listed. They handled everything with aplomb. Michael oversaw all of the improvements. In at least two instances that I am aware of, he actually performed two of the repairs himself, saving me more money.

Michael and Jenny are great realtors that have qualities unlike all the others I have dealt with. The key aspect I found unbeatable was their "One-Stop Full Service". As my condo was being sold, Michael and Jenny were helping us secure and qualify for a mortgage for our new house in San Mateo. 1 week after the condo in SF was sold, we had signed the papers to a new house, which we got for a great price, and we had the loan to back us up. Their connection to the banks, and experience helped us move forward and improved our life immensely.
