Jenny is an extremely knowledgable and professional real estate agent. She has assisted me in multiple real estate deals, including the purchase of my home. The most recent transaction was the purchase of a multifamily apartment building. During the acquisition process, Jenny was extremeIy helpful and responsive. She sent me numerous listings that all matched my search criteria. After I looked at the listings, Jenny and I would discuss the pros and cons of each property. Once I selected properties to pursue, Jenny was again extremely responsive and scheduled showings immediately. Jenny provides a level of service that I feel is rare in the estate industry. In addition to her impressive of level of knowledge and responsiveness, Jenny is also a joy to work with on a personal level. I've spent many hours with Jenny searching for real estate, and the fact that she is so personable makes the experience that much better. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I used Jenny to help me buy my first house and she was attentive to my needs at every turn! She has lots of knowledge of the local area, great intuition and a good eye. Very dedicated to the job. For the house that I bought, she knew that it was a find and that we had to jump on it - and was she ever right! If we would have waited one more day to put in an offer, we would have been in a bidding war, since they got 3 other offers 2 days after ours. Jenny was one of two agents we contacted about finding a house for my son and his fiance to live in while he's in grad school. The other agent (I won't mention his name) strung us along for a while, finally not answering our requests for assistance. I contacted Jenny while looking at real estate on Zillow, and she responded within about 8 hours.

She did a masterful job of helping the three of us narrow our search before we arrived in Pittsburgh. (I live 5.5 hours away from Pittsburgh, and my son lives 3 hours from Pittsburgh.) She responded promptly to email and telephone calls. She worked her tail off finding houses for us to look at online. When we arrived, she took us on a tour of several communities on the south side, and showed us, literally, a dozen properties in person. One of them was perfect and we made an offer. Unfortunately, the owners responded to our full-price offer by pulling the house OFF the market. We have decided that, due to a possible change in my son's plans, he will rent for at least a year, but Jenny is continuing to work with us to find the right rental. That willingness to work with us to find the right living situation for my son (no matter what!) shows a remarkable understanding of how to make us "clients for life" (or at least as long as one of us live in Pittsburgh!).

We know we have an agent we can trust for future transactions. Jenny is competent, thorough, and responsive to her clients. By taking our unique situation and needs into consideration, she was able to offer expert advice while responding to our needs. I've dealt with real estate agents in MO, MA, PA, and DE.
