Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $2.125M in Duveneck - St. Francis, Palo Alto, CA.
We just bought our house at Palo Alto with Jenny and her team. They have been of tremendous help to us in our house hunt. We had been looking for houses for months. We were very selective in our house criteria and they had been very patient with us, filtering open houses for us every week. We had weekly tour to the open houses, and Jenny helped babysit our kids in the car while we're touring the houses. They pushed very hard for us during multiple offers. They gave us honest advice on whether the house was good or not, based on the neighborhood and their experience with Palo Alto, whether the house worked for our kids or not. During the month of escrow, Jenny helped us research and schedule various contractors, introduced us to the new neighbors. They had been very responsive to our requests throughout the entire process, working professionally with loan agents, escrow agents, insurance agents. I'd highly recommend Jenny and her team.

Bought a home in 2010.
It was really a pleasure working with Jenny. She is very professional - always showed up on time, listened to our needs closely, paid attention to details and never put any pressure on us throughout the entire process from searching for homes to close of escrow. On top of that, she is very genuine. We enjoyed worked with her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Old Palo Alto, Palo Alto, CA.
Jenny was a joy to work with and we expect to work with her again when we buy our next home. Unlike other agents, she listened very clearly to what we were looking for and work tirelessly to help us find our home. She called us to look only at homes that met our needs and wants, and that were in our price range.
Ultimately, we found a home that was a a great fit. Jenny made it easier because she had done her homework and knew things, like the school district our house was in, that would influence the value of our new home over the long term.
Jenny earned our trust and we plan to work with her again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $725K in Campbell, CA.
Buying: Desirable houses sell very fast, and Jenny uses the latest technology to help her and her clients stay on top of new releases. She tirelessly showed us properties, and let us get a feel for different areas and price ranges. My wife and I weren’t always in-sync, and that extra complication was never a problem.
Selling: Jenny had excellent recommendations for landscapers, stagers, and bankers. She kept our best interests in mind, was always responsive, and never pressured us. She proactively followed up on every lead. We quickly ended up with an excellent price in a down market. It was amazing!
Jenny is very personable and down to earth. She understands negotiation and the value of face-to-face interactions. She understands the underlying complexity of the transactions but shielded us from it. Overall, the experience was entirely positive.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $825K in Willow Glen, San Jose, CA.
Jenny helped us find our house in San Jose. She was responsive during the process and we were able to see all the houses we would like to see. She always finds time to schedule a visit.
She didn't put any pressure for any house. When we found our house, she helped us negotitate the price and put an offer and we bought the house to less price than listed. She has been carefull throughout the process and I recommend her anyone looking for a house in bay area.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $925K in Charleston Meadow, Palo Alto, CA.
We worked with Jenny extensively while looking for a property in Palo Alto during the early part of 2011.
At the time Jenny was working with another broker but 99.99% of our interaction was exclusively with Jenny. Complicating the issue was that we lived in San Diego and we were flying up to Palo Alto with often very limited time to see the various properties.
Throughout it all, Jenny was the consummate professional, she always had everything arranged in perfect order to fit OUR schedule. She was understanding of our requirements and when one place didn't work out she LISTENED to the reasons why and did not waste our time showing us the same "problem" over and over.
In the end, we found the PERFECT home.....thanks 100% to Jenny!
On a scale of 1-10 she is somewhere around 20+.
