Jeptha was raised in Boulder, Colorado and proceeded to live in diverse areas of the country including San Francisco, Vail, New York City. Then after a decade of working in New York City she returned to Colorado fourteen years ago where Grand Junction is home. She brings twenty-five years of national sales and marketing experience to assist you in finding and negotiating the right property-whether for relocation, commercial use, or investment. She received the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in 2004, the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation in 2005 and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) in 2006. The ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) in 200?. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to Sales Associates in the field and requires professional accomplishments in both experience and sales. In 2009 Jeptha received the CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and is now able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today's market above and beyond a general real estate agent. Travel, skiing, beaches, diverse people, the arts, raising her 16 year old daughter and real estate are all continued passions.
