Sold a home in 2011.
Jeremy literally came to us with the grace of god. We were looking to sell our house, and at the time, that was a very difficult time for my wife and me due to a medical illness. I was referred to Jeremy, due to my situation, with very high recommendations. Upon meeting with him, I observed he had a very positive, calm yet energetic, and experienced demeanor. I felt completely comfortable with Jeremy and I knew he had my best interest in mind. After our first meeting, I had such a positive feeling about Jeremy, I knew he was someone I would like to keep an association and build a friendship with.
Throughout the entire escrow process, he kept me up to date every step of the way and stayed in constant communication with me. This included non-business, but simply to say hi and/or check up on my family and me. This level of service was very refreshing, but in truth it became more than service, I felt a relationship was being formed.
Now that the escrow was complete, to this day we remain in contact and he has become a great friend and someone I truly trust.
For someone who is in a similar business, Jeremy has not only established himself as someone who I feel comfortable to refer my friends and family to, but also my own clients when they have questions about real estate, since that is not my area of expertise.

I have known and worked with Jeremy for more than 10 years. He is probably the most knowledgeable real estate broker I have ever worked with. He has a great eye for value, and his ability to negotiate on behalf of his clients is second to none.
