Hi, Jeremy from Zillow here.Glad you are an app fan, and sorry to hear you are having issues! One initial question - is it possible your filters are set such that no active listings are showing? The app will always show your favorites on the map, regardless of filters - so if your filters are filtering out ANY regular listings, you would only see your favorites. If you reset your filters, or zoom out on the map, does the app still not show regular listings?
Hi there,Thanks for the feature request - it's a great idea, and something we've been looking into. Stay tuned...Thanks for being a Zillow iPhone user - happy house hunting!-Jeremy
The homes with diamonds are homes in the Zillow database that aren't for sale, for rent, or recently sold - so we display a Zestimate, and the property facts we have stored about the home. These can be less complete than what you'd see in an active listing of a home for sale, but you should be able to find them on our full website.Hope that helps, and thanks for using Zillow Mobile!
Any phone that has the Zillow App on it!Just kidding - If you want to leave Sprint, I think you can't go wrong with the iPhone or some of the latest/greatest Android phones (Droid Incredible, Droid X).If you need to stay on Sprint, how about the HTC Evo?
Hey Brian,This has moved into the menu bar right under the map itself - there's a button called 'Alerts' with an alarm bell icon next to it.Hope that helps, and that you enjoy Zillow!
You can't right now - but that's a great feature request, so thanks for suggesting it!
Both your favorites and any homes you've claimed are actually listed under "Favorites" in your My Zillow. To find them, when logged into your Zillow account, hit My Zillow in the upper right, and click on Favorite Homes.
Look for 'Save', which you can find on the home's detail page underneath the basic facts, or even as an action when you are previewing a home on the map. Saving a home saves it as a favorite...Hope that helps!
Sorry to hear that! The Zestimate is a complex thing, incorporating hundreds of factors, including things outside of your home. You can read more about the Zestimate here: What is a ZestimateAnd as it sounds like you've done, your own estimate can also be publically displayed, explaining why you think the Zestimate should be higher or lower.
Sorry to hear that!
