Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Saint Louis, MO.
Jeremy is very professional and knowledgeable as well as helpful with many issues before and after closing. At the same time, he is not pushy or opinionated but will give you straight answers when you ask questions. As a first time home buyer, I was very worried about having a "salesman" rather than an agent.. Jeremy was truly an agent working for me and I wouldn't buy another house without using him. He handled problems without alarming me and kept the costs from being passed on to me. In addition, I took his recommendations for a mortgage broker and title company and was very pleased. Many of my friends told me how painful the home-buying process was and I didn't feel that pain at all. I think this was mostly due to Jeremy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Fox Park, Saint Louis, MO.
Jeremy was very helpful in our search for an investment property. We saw many properties that did not work out before finally finding one that fit the bill. Through out the process Jeremy answered our many questions promptly and professionally. We really enjoyed working with Jeremy and would recommend him to anyone.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Lindenwood Park, Saint Louis, MO.
Jeremy is a great agent to work with!! Positive, hard working and always willing to be your advocate. Even though I just needed his help to rent a house instead of buy he gave me his full attention. He sent me 3 groups of house for rent, each group included about 10 houses. The final 2 houses I really liked he printed all the necessary paperwork, broughtnit to the showing and had it all ready for me to sign if I made my decision then. I had questions for my landlord about several issues and Jeremy happily relayed all my concerns and got me answers quickly. I would certainly reccomend him!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in La Salle, Saint Louis, MO.
During the exhaustive search for my first home, Jeremy was able to guide me through the entire process like a true professional. He was able to offer suggestions based on my tastes and areas of interest, and consistently provided helpful information to make me feel more informed and comfortable, from searching for homes all the way through the closing process. I had worked with other agents early on in my search and was dissatisfied with their level of interest, and was thankful after I had turned to Jeremy for help. I would recommend him to any buyer with any level of experience in home buying, and plan on contacting him in the future as a seller.

Did not respond to my inquiry in Tower Grove East, Saint Louis, MO 63104.
I recently called Jeremy based on his reviews on this site. Our first encounter with his office manager was really unprofessional and rude. She refused to believe I was interested in using Jeremy as an agent and would not answer any of my questions. She did call me back to verify my number but never did apologize to me for how she treated me. She gave me Jeremy's number, we called him to see if we could get a better start with him and he still has not returned our call 3 days later. We were very disappointed with our interaction especially after we had been excited about his commitment to our community- I guess just not including us.

There was obviously some confusion and miscommunication between us. My office does not employ an office manager, but it's possible that you'd spoken to one of the receptionists, who may not be a licensed professional - which is why she was unable to answer your questions. Either way, it's no excuse for rude behavior and I apologize for any unprofessional experience you had with my office. In reviewing all of my emails, voice mails, Zillow leads or social media message, I cannot locate any inquiries that have gone unanswered, but I will take you at your word. I wish that we could have had a chance to speak as I do make it a priority to return all message and regret that we were unable to connect. If you'd have any desire to reconsider, I'll gladly make time, but if you'd taken another direction, I wish you the best of luck. ~Jeremy

Jeremy Geppert was a pleasure for us to work with. We tried very hard to close on a property for nearly two months and the deal just recently fell through due to financing. Jeremy was extremely helpful and supportive during this entire process. When we are ready to try to find a home again, we will contact Jeremy.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeremy in our search for an investment property. From the get go we were impressed with how promptly (within 24 hours) he responded to our emails and questions. This being our first foray into the investment property world we were full of questions and concerns all of which Jeremy answered very helpfully and professionally. It's been a long journey, but finally we bought a property a month ago and we are enjoying the rehab.

I have purchased six homes and i have never worked with a better agent than Jeremy. Not only does he know his stuff, he has his finger on the pulse of the market. it is apparent that he enjoys his chosen profession and he makes the hunt or the sale as painless and it can be!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Tower Grove South, Saint Louis, MO.
We bought an amazing house that we love - at a price far below comparable ones in the area. And we have Jeremy to thank for it. We met him at an open house, and were interested in his listing. Rather than giving us a 'hard sell' approach, that we'd seen in far too many local realtors - he asked us what was important to us & suggested we look at a few listing nearby before making our final decision. One home turned out to be exactly the right place for us - it's hard to imagine anywhere we could like better. Great location, plenty of space & classic south city features. Rehabbed & with new systems. But we had seen it online & weren't that excited about it - only at Jeremy's suggestion did we take a look. Got it for well below the (already low) asking price. Throughout, he was friendly, easy to get ahold of, and answered all of our questions. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest & hardworking agent in the city.
