Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $100K in Corydon, IN.
In 2009 I was looking to move from a rural location to a residential area close to schools and stores. I called Jeremy Ward and in six weeks we found the home that suited my situation. It only took ninety days to wrap everything up. Jeremy will work to put you in a good home. He has many resources and options available to keep you from becoming bogged down in your search for a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Clarksville, IN.
Jeremy just helped my family and I buy our first home. We were relocating for work, under a tight deadline, and unfamiliar with the area. He made it so simple! In the beginning we gave him a list of homes we wanted to see and told him what we wanted. He took us to see all of the homes, on our schedule, and offered helpful information on each neighborhood. After only two trips, he found us the home we loved. From the showing to the closing, he was great to work with and I would recommend him to everyone!

Jeremy, the pictures you took of our home, the video with the cool piano background music, and all of the advertising and “getting the word out” about our home for sale helped us sell quickly. Even though the first sale fell through, your team was able to find a new buyer in only four days, and you expeditiously helped us close on the sale!
Dave, we couldn’t have been more pleased with all of your incredible service. From taking us to see homes, to showing our home and being there when we couldn’t, to going to our closings (both on the same day!)... you always made us feel so special and like we were part of your family. I recommend Jeremy Ward for any real estate needs. He is very professional and very knowledgable, whether your buy and selling a home. Jeremy has sold and help me with multiable transactions in the housing market. We listed our last house and was sold within 45 days of listing it. Can't ask for a better agent than that.

My wife and I recently bought our first home! We are a young couple an jermey took great care of us! He was able to negotiate 3 different extenstions with the owners of the home.! He also got them to accept our first offer and a home warranty! He was very helpfull an always responded to emails, phone calls, tex messages overall I would give jermey a 10/10

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Corydon, IN.
After a non response from a "friend of the family" realtor we contacted Jeremy. He is always quick to respond, even with my crazy work schedule. When it came time to close it was going to take an extra thirty days. He called me befroe my lender did to tell me the news. Very professional, would highly recommend. If we ever sell I know who I'm calling.
