Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Tucson, AZ.
Absolutley wonderful people to deal with. LIstened to what we wanted, worked with us and found us a home we fell in love with in exactly the area we wanted. They made the whole process easy and simple by handling all the details for us with professionalism, enthussiasm and skill. Communication was excellant with rapid responses anytime we had a question and the efforts on their parts to keep us in the loop throughout the whole process was nothing less than superb. Negotians were simple, direct and painless. We would not hesitate to deal with Jerri & Andy if the need arises again, and will enthusiatically recommend them to any of our friends who might be in need of expert, enthusiastic and friend realestate professional!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Tucson, AZ.
Jerri and Andy sold us our first house in Tucson, which we were very pleased with. It provided us with exactly what we were looking for in both a home and a neighborhood. They then helped us sell it at top dollar when we moved out of town. Both of these transactions went very smoothly due to their diligence and professionalism.
Recently, when we decided to move back to Tucson, Jerri and Andy once again helped us to find exactly what we were looking for and then expedited the paperwork so we could close the deal quickly and without any problems.
I would highly recommend Andy and Jerri to anyone who needs to find a home in Tucson Arizona. You will be very satisfied with their representation!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Oro Valley, AZ.
In one word: phenomenal!
You know the old maxim: "20% of real estate agents, do 80% of the business." Jerri is the 1% that beats the tail off of the top 20%, and after meeting her you quickly understand why.
Jerri is one of those rare individuals in the real estate industry that brings with her a deep knowledge of the market and its movements, the patience and listening skills to understand your unique needs, a positive attitude, and some seriously high energy to get things done.
I wasn't an easy buyer by any stretch of the imagination and I wasn't one of her multi-million dollar listings. I was a peon in the scheme of her business. Yet, she and her team treated me as if finding my family the right home was their only mission. You CAN NOT go wrong here!

Bought a Single Family home in 2000 for approximately $375K in Tucson, AZ.
We've known Jerri and Andy for 13 years and have worked with them for the purchase and sale of three houses. They are hardworking, resourceful, responsive, always upbeat and friendly, and incredibly knowlegeable about the area. They were also very sensitive about difficult family issues and circumstances related to the transactions (death and divorce). I'm looking forward to working with them on my next purchase and sale!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Vail, AZ.
We've known Jerri and Andy for many years as two great people. They helped my Mom buy a house when she moved here in 2004 and then helped us sell it in 2006 due to health issues. Most recently, Jerri and Andy REALLY earned their money trying to find us a home in Vail. We put bids on three different short sale houses. We finally landed the 3rd house but Jerri really earned her commission with all of the time she put into it on our behalf. It is such a frustrating process but Jerri is masterful and helping her clients (and selling agent!) down off the "just forget the whole thing!" ledge. We have a 14 year old and a 10 year old and they always looked forward to looking at houses with Jerri. They adore her and I don't think it was just for the food she'd be sure to have for them each time she picked us up. :) We are now enjoying our beautiful home with more space and an acre of land in Vail and couldn't be more thankful to Jerri and Andy for all of their patience, help, and knowledge throughout the 7 months we worked with them. We won't hesitate to have them sell our first home if we ever decide to sell it. Thank you Jerri and Andy!!!! -Karl and Missy Blair

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Tucson, AZ.
We first became acquainted with Andy Szach in the min ninetys. While our son was looking for a condo Andy became his realtor. He was able to get Tobin a 1400 sq. ft. condo for around $30.00 a sq. ft. . Andy made the transition go smoothly. Then in 2007 Jerri spent alot of time looking for a house that would work for my disabled brother. We found one but the bathroom would need to be made into a handicap bath. Jerri had someone that could this for us, but my offer was turned down and we stopped looking at this time. Thenin 2011 we decided to buy two houses, along with our son, close together. We had looking for a long time. We finally found two houses in Sycamore Park, south of the Voyager R.V. park on the same street. It is a lovely area. One home had mold and Jerri found us someone to remove the mold an repair the area. She is so knowledgeable in all areas of real estate and can get reliable help so everything is fixed when you move in. She has so much patience and worked with us a long time, we felt like we had become family. Thank Jerri, Carol and Bill

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $700K in Tucson, AZ.
Jerri is very positive and enthusiastic in her approach to representing her clients in buying and selling real estate. She anticipates the steps that need to be taken and is very timely in executing them. My husband and I found her to be very honest and trustworthy in all of her remarks and actions. Sold a home in 2011.
Jerri & Any Szach have sold 2 properties for us in the past 2 years.
They are, without a doubt, the best realators we have EVER worked with.
Even in a "down" market...they sold our homes quickly and seemingly effortlessly.
In truth, there was nothing "easy" about all the effort and hard work they put into the sales. They worked hard and did a fantastic job! It was truly a pleasure to work with Jerri & Andy and their staff. We are grateful to everything they did to make our sales possible and pleasant.
