    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Crete, IL.
    We worked with Ivana, Jerrick's wife. She was absolutely fabulous. Our schedule only allowed us to look on the weekend, which Ivana acommidated perfectly. She was always warm and really made us feel at ease. Ivana is super responsive, responding to emails and calls almost immediately. My wife and I always felt connected and informed during the process. We had almost no knowledge of houses or the market and Ivana helped answer all our questions plus some! We fell in love with the second house we saw (we saw about 15 houses in total, just to be sure). Ivana made the negotiating as easy as it could be and told us what was a usual request and what may be a bit overbearing. I feel we got a great deal! She kept us up to date all the way to close and made sure we bring everything we needed on the big day. Ivana heard we wanted to update the flooring so she even offered to let the flooring guys in to do measurements! And this after closing!

    I honestly can recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the south suburbs of Chicago, but she can accommodate any suburb or even the city too. I'll be passing her name along to my friends as they start to move for sure!    …More Less

    Bought a home in 2012.
    I worked with Jerrick on buying my first house late in 2012. He made the process very turn key with his knowledge in the real estate industry.
