I have over 30 years in real estate investing. I had purchased a valuable piece of property that, over 20 years, had significant worth. I interviewed several realtors after having a bad experience with one who convinced me that my property was worth about 2 million more than it was. I lost a year in potential buys because of it, during the peak market of 2005. I learned my lesson and when I interviewed prospective realtors I told all of them to come prepared with information on the value of my property. None except one came adequately prepared. Jerry had several pages of comps and lots of hand written detail on lakefront property in the area. His value was within $40,000 of a recent professional appraisal I did. From that point on, I knew I had the right realtor. The person who finally bought my property had a very experienced realtor that was adept at low-balling the process. Jerry knew what was going on and we ended up getting a fair price for the property. I have used him two times since and have not regretted it.

Jerry was very helpful in all aspects of purchasing a new home, understanding what I was looking for in a home, finding and showing several homes that matched what I was looking for and after finding the home he guided me through the closing process which can be very confusing and frusterating. I love my new home but if I ever decided to move again locally, I will be calling Jerry.
