We purchased a home with Jerry's and his team's help. They listened well to what we wanted, within three days of our contacting them they showed us several alternatives one of which we selected. They stayed with the process through closure despite complications on the seller's end. They clearly were working on our behalf not just for the best deal, but helped afterwards with many details of transferring ownership. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Southold, NY.Summary:
We recently bought a home in Southold with Jerry Cibulski representing us as a buyer's agent. The transaction exceeded our wildest expectations. Jerry didn't just walk us through listings randomly during the search process - he listened carefully and walked us through appropriate homes and guided our decision process until we found the perfect home.
