Found a tenant for a home.

Summary:

We found James Ward thru a mailing he did in Manasquan NJ. He is up with the times in marketing and the internet. He has been more than helpful to us,the landlord and tenants. He visits our places...speaks and texts tenants and has solved all our problems. He is young and ambitious and willing to do what it takes!
