I am honest and I thrive in an open honest dialogue between sellers and buyers. I enjoy researching and qualifying all the information available regarding your new home so that you can make a decision not based on emotions. I also have experience with forclosures and short sales!

What I do for my sellers.....

Ihave over 17 years of extensive marketing and award winning sales experience. I won't JUST put your listing into the MLS system and have it sell itself. I actively will promote your property 10 other additional ways!! I always return all of my calls within minutes of a voicemail message or an email to my blackberry. Most importantly, I just don't work to acquire listings----I actively work with buyers as well!

What I do for my investors......

Being an investor myself, I know your objective. Having run my own business, worked in both large and small companies and hold an MBA I know the importance of the "bottom line". I am not looking to just sell you a property, my goal is to find you an investment/s for life. I also have experience with international clients looking for investment properties as well.
