Good for you- if you love the home, it is worth the price and it sounds like you struck a fair deal. The prices are always set by a ready, willing and able buyer (RAW). What is valuable to some, may not be to others and that is why the sale or purchase of a home is so exciting! Can i ask- did you wind up using a real estate professional?
