Many times, you hear negative stories about real estate agents, and many, if not most, are justified. In our case, there are no negative stories to tell, only positive ones Her many attributes include her honesty, her intelligence, her sense of humor, her knowledge of the business, including our specific area, and her responsiveness. She worked easily with us and with other individuals. At no time did we ever fell that she was "working for the sale" or not being 100 percent honest with us. She always responded to our telephone calls in a very timely manner, and if she did not know the answer to a particular question, then she got us the answer within a very short period of time.
Perhaps her greatest quality is that she handled the sale of our condo very "personally". By saying that, I mean that she acted as though this was the sale of her own condo. This is just one of the many attributes which distinguishes her from others in her profession.
My wife and I both believe that we were very fortunate to have her represent us.
