Real estate is a serious business that I make a fun while getting the job done.  Doing what is in the best interest of my clients is what drives me.  I market my listings to get maximum targeted exposure and I advise sellers of what they can do to make their property shine.  This allows sellers have the best chance of getting quality offers from which to choose.

 

Buyers quickly learn that while touring properties, I point out things that may (or may not) be noteworthy.  I do this as one of the many ways to make sure my clients are fully aware of what they're signing up for.  I communicate often, so my clients are informed every step of the way.  I work from a broad base of knowledge, negotiate the best deal and produce great results.  We'll have fun, laugh a lot and probably become friends.

My wife and I decided to place our condo on the market. It was a second home for us. We ended up using Jill since, among other reasons, she had just sold a unit in our condominium complex. We had a totally positive experience with her as our agent. We ended up selling the condo within a very short period of time and at a very good price.<br/><br/>Many times, you hear negative stories about real estate agents, and many, if not most, are justified. In our case, there are no negative stories to tell, only positive ones Her many attributes include her honesty, her intelligence, her sense of humor, her knowledge of the business, including our specific area, and her responsiveness. She worked easily with us and with other individuals. At no time did we ever fell that she was "working for the sale" or not being 100 percent honest with us. She always responded to our telephone calls in a very timely manner, and if she did not know the answer to a particular question, then she got us the answer within a very short period of time.<br/><br/>Perhaps her greatest quality is that she handled the sale of our condo very "personally". By saying that, I mean that she acted as though this was the sale of her own condo. This is just one of the many attributes which distinguishes her from others in her profession.<br/><br/>My wife and I both believe that we were very fortunate to have her represent us.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Choose your Realtor carefully!!! I cannot stress that enough! After months of disappointment with an uninterested & unmotivated realtor, choosing Jill Murty was the Best decision I made. The first realtor I hired did me so much injustice that I honestly thought I would have to come off the market for a long time just to recover. I wasn't priced competitively and looked worse than the rollbacks at Walmart with all the price drops. Fortunately that was the past & then I found Jill. What a breath of fresh air!!! Knowing the market in your specific area and understanding how to reach the perfect buyer are just 2 of Jill's expert skills. I found her from doing research on realtors who have an excellent track record and she honestly saved me from what could have been a financial burden. Her professionalism and trustworthiness are far above what you would expect. She treated my property as if it were her own and definitely went above & beyond my expectations. She was so dedicated to find the perfect buyer & in a blink of an eye she did. Her marketing efforts are exceptionable and you will love the personal touches she adds to everything! Homemade cookies, catered sandwiches, fresh flowers....the Open Houses definitely draw the people in because she's so GREAT at what she does! I would recommend Jill to everyone and I absolutely guarantee you will love the experience from beginning to end. My only regret is that I didn't find her first...don't be me.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $575K in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Jill is one of the best relators I have ever worked with. She absolutely is in engaged in the entire process and does an implacable job of following up. She took on my lender when things were getting rocky and with a professional but firm style, was able to move my loan process to close. She is the best choice if you are buying or selling a home. You cant find a more dedicated , knowledgeable, or professional person than Jill Murty!  More Less
