All of my listings have my personal attention to the online components - the photography, virtual tour, written descriptions, details that are important to buyers. Like you, over 90% of buyers look first online before they'll visit a home. That's where years of professional experience benefit you.


For each home, I develop an individualized marketing plan based on the needs you have - are you patient and willing to wait for the right buyer? do you need to sell right away to get into your next home? is your home going to be vacant and needs some extra attention? We'll sit down and talk about you, your home, your desires and your needs and customize a plan for you.

For Buyers, we'll start out meeting to talk about what your needs are and how the process works. If you're coming from out of town, we'll talk about the various areas within the Willamette Valley and how they might work for you. If you're a local buyer and already have an area chosen, we'll talk in more depth about what the current market conditions are, what prices look like today and how soon you're looking to move. My goal is to respect your time and show you properties that are potentially a great fit for you. Making sure I know what your goals are ensures that we get you a property that works for you and on your timing.

I work with residential properties, including new construction and resales, in a range of prices and neighborhoods. I also have experience with investment properties and commercial properties for small businesses. Questions about your property or needs? Just ask.

And, some information about my background:

I grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, with an emphasis on Housing and Community Development. In graduate school, I conducted extensive research of urban neighborhoods and recommended programs to help city government redevelop blighted areas. My first career position was as a site analyst for the Clorox company researching restaurant locations. This was the start of my interests in real estate and development. I have over 25 years' experience in business/marketing. In addition to the B.A., B.S. and M.A. degrees, I hold the professional designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), a designation for which less than 3% of Realtors nationwide can qualify.

My husband Steve and I moved with our children to Corvallis in 1996. Steve is an engineer at HP - so I am able to keep in touch with some of the changes happening at a major mid-Valley employer. I participate in many civic and community service activities including the Corvallis Rotary Club, the Downtown Strategic Vision Committee, Women Investing in Samaritan Health (WISH) and as a parent volunteer for 4-H. We have two children at home, and one grown daughter. We live on about 10 acres of pasture and forestland with horses, goats, dogs, rabbits, cats and fish. In addition to activities with our children and animals, I love gardening, international travel, music and cultural events, and interior decorating.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Corvallis, OR.

Jill has the patience of a saint! After showing my husband, daughters, and I many places over the course of two weekends, Jill never made us feel like we had to make a decision on the spot. She was available around my work schedule and took us back to places to see two or three times! Jill answered all of my questions, calmed all of my fears, and took the time to sit down and go over paperwork with me in person. She was available by text and email on the weekends and late into the evening!! Jill has a dedication to her clients and a passion for real estate. We found our new home the day it went on the market because of Jill's tenacity and drive to help us find the perfect home. It was amazing all of the details that Jill was attentive to, from scheduling the inspections to recommending contractors for services. If I ever sell, it will be with Jill!!  More Less
