Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $225K in Stratford, CT.
Jill Taylor made the process of buying our 1st home a smooth process and I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing real estate. She is very knowledgeable, punctual and informative. I look forward to contacting her in the future for my next home purchase.

Bought a home in 2010.
There are so many good things to say about Jill that it's tough to know where to start so instead I'll start with the ending...:
Jill is the finest real estate professional I've ever worked with and our whole family works in the industry.
My mother decided to move to Connecticut and began her search for a home in Milford. After seeing many homes on her own, she eventually met Jill at one of Jill's various open houses. It was a great house but not quite right for my mother (who had very specific needs and preferences) but she was so impressed by Jill's warmth, professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market, she decided to work exclusively with Jill to find her new home.
I was very surprised my mother decided to work with a broker because our whole family is in the industry so we are used to "doing it ourselves" but after I joined my mother for a few showings with Jill, I immediately saw why she was so impressed.
Jill always stuck to our guidelines, never tried to push anything on us and always had a great attitude.
When my mother eventually decided to look at neighborhoods closer to New York City, she thought she'd have to find a different broker because Jill was based primarily in the Milford/Trumbull area.
Jill didn't miss a beat and ended up finding my mother exactly what she wanted in Westport, CT. Not only did Jill find her a home in a neighborhood she thought she'd never be able to afford, she negotiated tirelessly with the seller's agent to get her an even better price.
When it came time to close, several issues came up and while we had trouble getting the attorney and the bank to do their jobs, Jill just kept solving problem after problem, keeping us on track to close where I have no doubt any other agent couldn't have kept the deal from falling through.
I can't imagine anyone having done a better job and Jill continues to check in on my mom from time to time going on over two years now since the closing.…More Less
