Our market is Booming and the time to buy is definitely NOW!! Sales prices are so low and houses are going for amazing prices. We are seeing more buyers than ever come out to buy homes because they also see that now is the time to buy. Have you seen interest rates lately? I 'm putting clients into homes at 4.5% 30 year fixed interest rates with only 3.5% down as a down payment and purchase prices at or around $100,000 for a 3-4 bedroom home with a great backyard.
