Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Rocklin, CA.

Attentive and readily available. Jim knows the area he services well and very accommodating with client requests. We were referred to Jim and I would do the same to any person in the hunt for a great realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Roseville, CA.

Having Jim as my realtor was a great experience and here's why: - He listened to what I wanted. Didn't try to sell me just what was available and waste my time showing me homes that were not even close to my needs - He responded to my calls. Got right back to me, most times just picked up my call - He educated me. Taught me about how the market works, how bidding works, walked me though the purchase and even helped talk with other parties when issues arose - He is providing me post-purchase support. Even after the purchase he is helping me with resources to get the house just the way I want it. -And throughout it all, I got a sense he got a feeling of fulfillment from helping others in the same way I do.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Rocklin, CA.

Wow! Jim went well above and beyond. We were constantly amazed at his responsiveness and at the things that he did for us. I welcome the opportunity to give feedback on our interaction with Jim. We were out of the area and were unable to do many of the things buyers normally do. He immediately offered to go to teh properties we were interested in and take videos for us. The guy seems to work 24/7 and is always reachable. Whether it's arranging for the carpet to be cleaned before we moved in or offering to connect us with other new move-ins in the area, he's always there to help. It felt to us like he really cared about us.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Citrus Heights, CA.

I found a house I was interested in. Jim had recommendations for my offer strategy and it worked out great. My seller accepted my first offer. Jim was able to successfully negotiate on my behalf as other issues came up from the inspection. After moving in, Jim went above and beyond to help me with some issues with my home warranty company and even my plumbing. Thanks, Jim!

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2013.

I've worked with Jim on two transactions. He is simply amazing. I had to sell and buy a house AND get tenants out of the house I was selling... and I needed to do this without ever making two mortgage payments. So in a matter of 30 days, all was done and just needed transactions to close.

The best part is the sale of my property was really a tough one. The market had just turned to a buyers market where prices were stabilizing. He had a buyer with another one of his agents. That is code for - if it wasn't for Jim, my house would likely still be on the market.

For my new house, he was able to negotiate an excellent price that was $35k lower (about 8%) than what the sellers had asked. While it was a newer house (2 years old) there were some issues discovered in the inspection. Jim got all the repairs done.

I am now typing this from my new home... so I really thank him for all he did.

Lastly, I referred him to a friend and Jim found this very picky buyer a place in literally one weekend of showings.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in East Sacramento, Sacramento, CA.

Jim Amen recently helped us find our new home, and I couldn't speak highly enough of his professionalism and reliability. Jim worked around my boyfriend and my busy schedules to show us several great options that fit our view of a desirable new home. As someone who has never owned a home before, I was thankful to have Jim to help make a potentially stressful house search into a manageable one, and a search that resulted in a fantastic new home! It has the external character of a 1920s Tudor, with a completely modernized/revamped interior. The home has a great location near Midtown restaurants, McKinley Park, and bike trail access. I am extremely happy with our new home. Thanks Jim!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Rocklin, CA.

I've literally been dragging Jim along for years and he gave me a lot of hours and a lot of time for the purchase of one house. In 2005 I bought my first home using a different agent. Jim actually reviewed all the stuff for me... and didn't make a penny. Through the years, I've asked him countless questions. In 2013, I just bought my second home and used Jim for services.

This is a big deal because I have a brokers' license myself. I don't need an agent and could take in the commission myself. But, really, I want to make sure I get expert advice so I hired Jim. When you're buying a $500k house in the Rocklin area, the last thing you want to do is miss something... so although I had already picked the house myself and he didn't show me any homes, his expertise on working the contract and getting things done right was flawless. He set me up with a lender that actually got everything done in 2 weeks, Jim negotiated some complicated issues with the seller, and answered many, many, many questions and never ever seemed frustrated.

I recommend using Jim... he works 24/7. If you text or email him, you'll have a response within minutes... and a couple of hours at the latest.

When you're making such a big purchase, the truth is many agents can do the easy stuff.... hell, I could do it myself. But when it comes to actually putting the deal together, Jim is the man.

Other agents I have worked with are dime-a-dozen. Jim treats you like your his best bud... and he'll get it done.

Jim did everything in his power to help me sell my house quickly. I had good renters - until I put the house on the market and they turned into monsters of my nightmares. Jim handled everything with a calm, courteous manner. He is so professional in every step. I highly recommend him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Jim Amen is an amazing and talented agent. My husband and I were glad our friend highly recommended him. He is very knowledgeable, extremely dedicated, and very thorough. He took the time to meet with us to discuss strategies. He made the whole process of selling our house and purchasing a new home smooth. He also surrounds himself with qualified partners in the Real Estate Community. Bottom line, it is his "above and beyond" dedication that makes him a superb agent which is why we will always recommend him.
