Summary:

My family contracted Jim to sell our mother's home after she passed away. We had another agent listing our home, which this agent grossly overpriced, for 6 months, and then we thankfully found Jim. Myself and 3 siblings were instantly impressed with his honesty about what our listing price should be, as well as his marketing strategies. We appreciated his honesty and knowledge about what the home could realistically sell for and he was spot on what he said we'd probably get out of it. His pictures for the website were excellent - and he had a great eye for how to showcase the home photographically. Most of all, I loved his style of communication. He almost always answered our calls, and when he couldn't, he returned the calls or emails immediately. He also was very informative about feedback from showings, the selling process once we had a bid, etc. We would highly recommend Jim to our family and friends who need a real estate agent in the future.…More Less

Summary:

Jim helped us sell our condo in a horrible market. We were the first condo sold (out of about 30 on the market) in our community in months! I give full credit to Jim's abilities to market and sell home along with Rita's abilities to stage a home. Bravo!
