Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Oakley, Cincinnati, OH.
Jim provided extra help for us as we had already moved out of state. He was willing to take care of things regarding the house to ensure that it showed well as well as ensuring our house and belongings remained safe.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Cincinnati, OH.
My family contracted Jim to sell our mother's home after she passed away. We had another agent listing our home, which this agent grossly overpriced, for 6 months, and then we thankfully found Jim. Myself and 3 siblings were instantly impressed with his honesty about what our listing price should be, as well as his marketing strategies. We appreciated his honesty and knowledge about what the home could realistically sell for and he was spot on what he said we'd probably get out of it. His pictures for the website were excellent - and he had a great eye for how to showcase the home photographically. Most of all, I loved his style of communication. He almost always answered our calls, and when he couldn't, he returned the calls or emails immediately. He also was very informative about feedback from showings, the selling process once we had a bid, etc. We would highly recommend Jim to our family and friends who need a real estate agent in the future.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Cincinnati, OH.
Jim helped us sell our condo in a horrible market. We were the first condo sold (out of about 30 on the market) in our community in months! I give full credit to Jim's abilities to market and sell home along with Rita's abilities to stage a home. Bravo!

Sold a home in 2009.
Jim was able to sell my home in 49 days after it was listed for about a year by another top agent without reducing the price. High end homes, were not really selling in this market, but Jim's marketing, exposure and great photos made it stand out and sell.
I listed a second home with him and it sold in 6 days. I highly recommend him because of his expertise, integrity, work ethic and communication skills

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Walnut Hills, Cincinnati, OH.
As out-of-town (out-of-country) purchasers, we had no information on the property market or the processes involved in purchasing real estate in Cincinnati. Jim led us through every step, giving highly numerical information whenever requested on market trends and comparables in the different areas we were looking at. His whole performance was excellent. As well as being totally professional, he is wonderfully personable.
When we sell the property in Cincinnati, we hope Jim will help us once again.
