    Jim is the consummate negotiator. He got us top dollar for business that he sold. Years of experience, lots of product knowledge, patient listener. His customer is his priority.

    I came to Florida in 1965 after the US Air Force And became a commercial pilot/REALTOR. I brought CENTURY 21 to Florida by purchasing the first regional franchise outside of California. As founding regional partner and President of CENTURY 21 REAL Estate of Southern Fl. Inc. my team franchised and serviced 320 offices in 22 Florida counties. I've been a broker in Florida since 1973 and lived and worked throughout the state. I sold my regional franchise to a partner, moved from Miami to Tampa/St Pete in 1984 and purchased an 88 acre waterfront subdivision in Apollo Beach called Symphony Isles.
