Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Mount Pleasant, TN.
In the Spring we called Jim to list our home. Jim came out, we signed the 6 month contract, and he said he would be back in a couple days with the sign. A couple days passed, No Jim - No sign. So we called him. He said something like he had to order part of the sign that contained his name and telephone # and that would take about a week. So the house was on the market on the FIRST week of a listing and had no sign up. After a week, he came and put the sign up in front of the house and drove off, not even knocking to acknowledge. (The other problem is we live on a dirt road with 2 other houses on it. Our road is off a fairly well traveled macadem road. Well Jim didn't see fit to bother to put a sign down on the macadem road, so that traffic going by would know a house was for sale on our dirt road. We sit back a decent distance, and no one would see our sign he put in front of the house (except our 2 neighbors, of course.) After this we had only about 3 contacts with Jim. Twice he got back to us fairly quickly, but the other time we had to email, call, and email again, I believe. There was no recommendations from Jim as to whether we should lower the price or anything. He really didn't say anything except to answer us when we had to contact him. As the 6 month contract was coming to an end, we thought Jim would contact us a few days before its expiration, so it wouldn't be pulled from national internet sights, but the contract expired and no word from Jim until about a week after it expired. He called and asked my wife what we wanted to do. My wife said to forget it and that she would not recommend him to anyone. (Instead of inquiring as to what the problem was, Jim said to my wife, "I wouldn't recommend you to anyone either" and then he laughed out loud. My wife then hung up the phone. That was our wonderful experience with Jim. In my opinion Jim didn't seem to "give a rip" whether he sold our house or not.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Culleoka, TN.
After languishing on the market for more than one year, we fired our real estate agent and brought Jim Beuerlein on board. In short order (less than 90 days) a buyer was found and the deal was closed.

He posted a web site dedicated to our house and surrounding acreage that featured scores of photographs taken by a professional photographer. We would not hesitate to recommend without reservation and would gladly use his services again.

Jim is highly knowledgeable and responsive. He is always a gentleman. He is great in working with inspectors and contractors as issues arise during a sale. He is very efficient in handling communications between buyer and seller. He has my highest recommendation.
Jim was a pleasure to work with in every aspect. We have nothing but great things to say about Jim. He is an awesome agent. Our home had been listed with a different agent with not much action. When contract expired we decided to try to sell our home ourselves with again not much action. So, we received a few letters in the mail from Jim and finally decided to listen to what he had to say. We met with him and were impressed from beginning to end.
We have used Jim Beuerlein three times now for selling/ purchasing our current home and previous homes. Jim is very professional and sells a home as quickly as it can be sold. He works hard and gives you good advise. Jim returns calls immediately and will give you truth about your property and not lead you along with a price you want to sell your property for (gives the whole truth on what it's worth no matter how much it hurts). We buy/sell alot of property and have used other real estate agents that would not return a call for days or would just tell us what we wanted to hear - not Jim. He's very prompt and will give you a true value for your property when selling and good advise about what a property is worth when buying. We highly recommend Jim and wouldn't use anyone else!!
