Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Hinsdale, NH.
We listed our house in November with Jim and with his diligence we had 2 offers within a month and the house was sold the first of May. He kept in touch with us all the time and let us know what was going on. Listening to his advice as far as the selling price put us in the ballpark and so we didnt waste a lot of time changing the price which I think helped in the fast selling of the house.
My wife and I were immediately struck by Jim's honesty and integrity. We first worked with him when he showed us a house listed by his company. He went out of his way to remind us that he represented the seller so that if we wanted to discuss an offer it would behoove us to do when he was out of range. He also said he would be glad to work as our agent but we would need to sign on officially before he would act in that regard. We felt it was clear where we stood realative to him. Based on the strength of this impression we signed up with Jim and very rapidly (28 days from 1st sight to moved in). Jim surprised us with a property we weren't aware of. It happened that we were the first folks to know about a major price drop and we moved quickly. Sometimes we felt we were moving a bit faster than Jim was used to but he always caught up quick and got things done when they needed to be done! It was a pleasure working with him.
Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Chesterfield, NH.
In the fall of 2010, I listed my home in West Chesterfield, NH with Jim Bialowski. I did so based upon previous experience by way of listing two parcels of land with Jim in 2009. My home sold in a time frame less than I had anticipated! Jim was very helpful with the provision of a marketing analysis as well as respectfully permitting me to establish the sale price. I will be the first to say that Jim is professional, respectful, thorough and compassionate. Over a few months time, he allowed me to realize that my expectations of valuations included emotions that a potential buyer would not realize, nor would the current market support such. He approached this "tight wire" discussion with me very appropriately, while suggestiing that I might want to consider opting to obtain a valid mini-appraisal of the home. I followed his sincere advice and in having done so, it was clear that the mini-appraisal allowed me to clearly concentrate on the business aspect of this situation, rather than the emotion of such. The day came when an offer was submitted to me by Jim. Certain negotiations were necessary. It was evident that Jim was working toward my best interest while allowing the potential buyer's needs to be relayed to me in an appropriate manner. During, and since this sale process, I have highly recommended Jim Bialowski to others and will continue to do so.
