Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Saint Paul, MN.
Jim was resourceful, patient, understanding and extremely easy to work with while we were selling our old home and building our new home. He knew the ins and outs of the real estate market and didn’t let any industry downturn/upturn or company name do the work for him. He did it himself! Most importantly – he was always eager and optimistic which helped keep our spirits up when our anxieties got the best of us. Thanks Jim!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Windom Park, Minneapolis, MN.
Jim was a HUGE help - He was very easy to work with, made himself available for several open houses and is very honest. He knows the housing market very well. I reccomend him to all my friends and family. You need to contact him if you're buying or selling a home - he helped us on both sides, the sale and buy.

Sold a home in 2012.
Jim was my agent in 2008, and despite the terrible sellers market, he managed to get us almost all of our respectable asking price. He was always available, responsive, and really saw things through in what was a very difficult and drawn out closing process. He really made the best out of a tough situation, and we couldn't have done it without him.
In the more recent past, we've been to numerous showings in the north east and south of Minneapolis looking for properties, and he is always on top of new listings, emailing, and suggesting which ones we should look at. Ultimately we settled on a city owned vacant lot in Minneapolis, and Jim helped us through the somewhat convoluted process associated with purchasing one.
