Mr. Jim Esposito, real estate agent with Galleria Realty, was professional in all aspects from start to finish during our quest to locate and purchase our dream home in Lighthouse Point, Florida.
His no pressure but efficient business approach was exactly the type agent we hoped to find and work.
As an architect and homeowner, I have dealt with numerous real estate agents and brokers throughout my career, and I can express sincerely that Mr. Esposito's real estate Broker is lucky to have such a quality agent on his staff.
Yes, I would definetly recommend Mr. Esposito.…More Less

I found Jim to be professional and honest in all parts of the transaction. Jim brings an in depth knowledge of different areas, particularly the beach and "east" locations. He is punctual and considerate of your time and calmly gets the transaction done. Highly recommended.

For the past few years I've been telling people Fort Lauderdale Real Estate may be a bit beat up but it was really a good investment.
Yeah, we took a hit, but I kept telling folks:
"You might as well worry if THE TIDE is coming back."
For the same reason: it's THE OCEAN!
All the "Doom and Gloom" statistics are based on AVERAGES. The Prime Property along the fabled Gold Coast makes up a very small part of those figures.
Fort Lauderdale is a dynamic microcosm of a market with a long history of Boom and Bust Cycles. The local Real Estate Market "crashed" in the 70's, the 80s and the 90s. People were running around screaming the sky is falling in the 70s when luxury Oceanfront Condos which were once selling for $50-60,000 were selling for 40-something. Now those same Condos sell for $300,000, $400,000.
You have a great buying opportunity right now in premier neighborhoods of Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton: Lauderdale Beach, Harbor Beach, The Galt, Coral Ridge, Rio Vista, Las Olas.
Our Winter Season in 2010-11 was very busy, and we stayed busy through the summer. The East Side of town with the beach and waterfront is very active. This market has stabilized and is starting to inch upward. Now the Winter Season 2011-12 is here and before it's over I think people will start realizing Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale is clearly moving upward.
Barring asteroid collisions or the collapse of Western Civilization you won't see these prices again.
