Sold a home in 2006.
Jim have bought 2 homes and sold 1 home for us. We have recommended him to many of our good friends and they have thanked us for that recommendation. Jim is a great realtor that treats everyone as friends and is very honest when showing houses. He is not the type of realtor that tells you that he can "see you" in this house on every showing. If he sees something that may be a negative he will point it out. He wants each customer to be happy with every home they buy.
