Sold a home in 2013.
I chose Jim as my realtor because of his drive, professionalism and knowledge of the market and area. I have never sold a home, and he gave me many helpful tips and referrals to get my condo ready to go on the market and assured me of a quick sale. I was surprised at how fast it actually sold. After only 10 days on the market, I was facing two offers. I think this was the area where Jim most excelled and worked hard to negotiate for the highest offer. Thanks to Jim I closed with the price I wanted just 30 days later, despite the fact that many other condos in my complex had been going for much less in the past year. Jim was extremely responsive at all times and went beyond the call of duty to help me meet my deadlines, and I'd highly recommend him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Lakewood, CO.
Jim was courteous, professional, and proactive in his realty endevors. He had a diverse real estate knowledge that guided us through the search process. He helped us articulate our preferences and find our ideal home. I love our new house, location, and surrounding community. This home is exactly what I had in mind and Jim made it happen in such a timely manner. He closed the deal while on his family holiday from miles away. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Longmont, CO.
We were really pleased with our decision to go with Jim as our Realtor. With his waste knowledge and experience about real state market and the area, I was confident that he can find the right house for us, and he did. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Lafayette, CO.
Jim was our buyer's agent as first-time homebuyers in Lafayette, CO, July 2012. He provided invaluable information on the overall process, expertise in the inspection process, and endless patience when we changed our minds on houses multiple times. Jim's read on the local market was the main reason we ended up with the right house. And we've already recommended him to others.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
We appreciate all the advice Jim offered and hard work he put into selling our home in a difficult sales environment. With me being out of state during major portions of the home sale, we were delighted to see everything proceed smoothly to close. His market analysis and advice on pricing really made us comfortable with setting a price and we were happy to see buyers respond favorably when only 2 out of 5 homes were even selling in our area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Kings Ridge, Boulder, CO.
We were selling the condominium owned and occupied by my late sister.
Jim gave excellent advice on what needed to be done to prepare the condominium for sale. His appraisal was apparently right on since the unit sold in its first week of offering for the full asking price.
He was very helpful in lining up competent repairmen. Jim took over the duty of letting repairmen and inspectors into the home to allow me to return home for a few weeks while the condo. was prepared and placed on sale which was a great help to me.
My experience in dealing with Jim Merrion could not have been more satisfactory.

Jim recently heiped us purchase a new home. His assistance was invaluable.
He helped us find homes then showed us many units and finally assisted us in the final house inspection and the closing.

Jim's a pro. I'd use him in a minute. Jim takes his work seriously and approaches his work with years of experience. I like that Jim's background is in sales and business development. He knows how to promote your home in a way that will get results.
