Jim represented us when we were buying a house from across the country. He helped us understand the market from afar, and developed and understanding of our priorities for our house purchase. Jim did a great job setting up a full schedule of houses to look at that matched our criteria when I flew in to look at houses, making good use of the limited time we had available. During the offer stage he represented us well, and provided advice we appreciated during inspections and getting to the bottom of the issues that the inspector found, including finding a credible contractor to provide a quote to correct a problem that was found, as well as a referral to an appraiser.
Before, during, and after our purchase he was very responsive to both email and phone calls. Previously we interacted with other agents who seem to only check their email occasionally, which is a non-starter for us since it's our preferred method for most communication, but Jim frequently responded promptly to emails and/or texts from his cell phone.
I'd be happy to work with Jim again on another real estate transaction.
