Both Michelle and Jim were very helpful. Jim gave us a tour and was very knowledgable, honest and enthusiastic. Clearly an expert in his career. He showed us a few houses in Villa Park and was extremely flexible in scheduling, gave us the honest scoop on what was good AND bad about the places we
looked at, and was not pushy in selling us at all. He told us he has been in the industry for 20+ years and it was obvious in his advice.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Bensenville, IL.
Like they say, there is no substitution for experience! Jim's relationship with other people in the industry from lawyers to inspectors to other agents is a true benefit. They are low pressure and made both our selling and buying experience seem simple and best of all it was quick!
