“We are so glad we found Klinge Realty. My husband and I really enjoyed looking at houses with Jim. He is a highly experienced professional with a tremendous knowledge of the real estate in the areas we searched (from Carlsbad down to Del Mar, and inland to RSF and the Crosby.) Our experience was that Jim is totally honest and will tell you the good, bad and the ugly about each house and neighborhood, and the current market. Our home viewing has come to an end because Jim found a lovely house for us to buy in Solana Beach...and it wasn't even on the market yet. We lived abroad, so Jim would update us with videos of the home as it was being remodeled. He went above and beyond to keep us informed and put the deal together. It's really tough finding a good house for sale at the moment, so having a realtor like Jim is invaluable. After our offer had been accepted, Donna Klinge's expertise came into play in dealing with escrow, contracts, closing, insurance and all the things that need to be sorted out when buying a house. Our emails were always answered promptly, and they kept us aware of all developments and ensured we met our deadlines and responsibilities during the closing process. JtR is witty, insightful, resourceful, and a great negotiator. Trust yourself and trust Jim to get the home that is right for you. While Jim was great in helping us get the right house, the ever prompt and responsive Donna won the deal by holding our hand throughout the escrow process.…More Less
