We were very picky buyers and if Jim could help us find our house, then he can help find yours as well. He was recommended by friends at work. We read Jim's blog and found it very informative, insightful and relevant and that made Jim even more attractive to us because his opinions were driven by numbers and not just pure "feelings.” Once we narrowed down an area of interest, Jim made it a priority to help us see houses in that area on the very first day they hit the market/MLS, even if that meant meeting with us twice (morning and evening) on a single day. Once Jim knows that you are serious, he will go to great lengths to make things happen for you.

JtR is witty, insightful, resourceful, and a great negotiator. Trust yourself and trust Jim to get the home that is right for you. While Jim was great in helping us get the right house, the ever prompt and responsive Donna won the deal by holding our hand throughout the escrow process.

We wrestled with switching realtors when we lost faith that our original listing agent could deliver at the price and time that we wanted. Having seen Jim move multiple homes in our neighborhood over the years, we switched to him without ever actually having met him. Jim was an excellent communicator over the phone and explained his proposed strategy and expected timeline. Both seamed bold in light of our previous experience. The house sold on the very first day he listed it at full list price! Undoubtedly, there was some luck involved in the timing but the way Jim's team handled the transaction after the offer was beyond our expectations. Donna was simply superb and the sale could not have gone any better. He and his team have our highest recommendation.

Jim is thorough and will be brutally honest about the homes he shows you. He provides great service and follows through until the very end and even after the sale. I would definitely recommend Jim Klinge and his team and will use him again.
