Bought a home in 2013.
Jim did a fantastic job for us with the buying experience. No complaints what so ever. However we did make it pretty easy for him. If you're looking for a great realator go with Jim, we are now having him sell our old house for us.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Norman, OK.
I meet Jim and Sherry a few years ago at a open house.i told him i had some things to straighten up on my credit.He ask me did i need any help and at the time i told him i got it.but i ran into all kinds of problems and jim would call me to see how i am making out and i would say i am still working on it and he would ask if i needed any help.finally i stop trying to do it by myself and took Jim advice.7 months later i was a first time homeowner in Oklahoma.i owe it all to Jim and his wife Sherry.they really work hard to get me what i been trying for years to do.Thanks so much.Sincerely Jessie Smith

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Norman, OK.
Jim and Sherry were fast, efficient, honest, and pleasant. They made buying our dream house easy. Altogether, they were outstanding. How can I be more specific?: they were totally patient with our odd requirements,forthcoming with suggestions, in total control of the *many* paperwork details, sympathetic to our critiques of the many defective homes we insisted on seeing. Once we found the place we liked, they carefully guided us through the process of making an offer, getting the place inspected, putting together a list of things to ask for in the offer, and knowing what not to insist on. We are very happy with the transaction, the Gottshalk's role in it, and with our house!

Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 in Norman, OK.
Jim did an excellent job of showing a variety of properties and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and his experience was invaluable as we did the walk-throughs of the various properties. As a first-time homebuyer I was extremely lucky to have Jim there to help me through each step of the process - he was always patient and took the time to explain all of the details.

Jim and Sherry Gottschalk have assisted me in both the sale and purchase of a home, and are highly experienced, courteous, meticulous, and professional in conducting their business. I would recommend them to home buyers of every level of experience, to help transform the often difficult and tedious process of buying or selling a home into a happy event. In fact, I am planning to request their services in the near future.

Jim sold two houses for me, the first house he sold the day after making the listing and the second house he sold in a few days and both houses we got full asking price. He has great knowledge of the housing market and He knows how to price the houses competitively. I will always choose Jim Gottschalk for my realty needs.

Jim and Sherry Gottschalk were great realtors! They always had homes lined out to show us in our price range/area. They worked very hard to find us what we wanted and were always patient and kind with us first-time homebuyers! They were very knowledgeable and willing to accomodate our wishes. I never felt pressured or rushed. If i know anyone looking to buy a home, i will most definately reccomend them! They made the process of buying a first home as easy as it possibly could be.

Jim and Sherry Gottschalk have been my Realtors since 2002, and I would not use anyone else! I highly recomend them, whether you are a first time home buyer - or have bought and sold several homes, as we have. They know the Metro area and can help navigate you through what would otherwise be a stressfull time. They are people of faith and integrity and will take care of you! Our experience with Metro Brokers of Okla and Sherrie and Jim Gottschalk was of the highest caliber. They know the local area, negotiated with us and the other parties and we feel the process was carried out with the best expertise. These people are very professional in all their dealings.

Sold a home in 2006.
We have used Jim and Shery Gottschalk as our realtors and were extremely pleased. They sold our home in a short amount of time and found the perfect home for us to relocate to. We just told them what we wanted and they found it for us. No searching on our part. The process was so easy from start to finish. They are very knowledgable which made things flow so smoothly. We felt informed every step of the way, no guessing or wondering what was going on. We feel that we got the best price possible for our house and the lowest price possible on our new purchase because of their knowledge of the current market. Jim and Sherry are both so personable that they have become friends, not just realtors. I highly recommend the Gottschalks for a stress free, enjoyable experience.
