What can I say, if you are buying or selling a home in North Coastal San Diego, then Jim is the only Realtor you should use. I have a very busy schedule and he was always able to adapt to my needs. I've lived in RSF for years, but even he knew things about the local area that I was unaware of. Last, but not least he is extremely smart on the market trends and quite frankly probably the most over qualified real estate agent I've ever met. Bottom line - he is amazing.…More Less
